01 · Private Training

One-on-one sessions at your home.

Real-life training in the environment your dog actually lives in. Built around your goals, your household, and the way your dog learns — not a generic obedience curriculum.

Who it's for

When your dog needs a plan, not just a class.

  • Lead pulling, jumping, door-rushing, counter-surfing
  • Reactivity to dogs, people, bikes, cars on walks
  • Off-lead recall and impulse control you can trust
  • General obedience — sit, place, stay, settle
  • Rescues, adolescents, and dogs that group classes haven't fixed
What every session includes

A 60-minute focused session — and everything around it.

01

Pre-session brief

You fill out a quick questionnaire so we start the session with a clear plan, not a discovery chat.

02

In-home or local park

We train where the problem actually happens. Most sessions are at your home; some move to a relevant local environment.

03

Tailored from session one

No generic curriculum. The plan is shaped to your dog's drive, your household, and the goals that actually matter to you.

04

Whole-household coaching

The dog only changes when the people change. Partners, kids, anyone who handles the dog — all welcome.

05

Written session recap

You get a clear, written summary of what we covered, what to practice, and what to avoid before next time.

06

Between-session support

Message support between sessions on packages of 3+ — short videos, quick checks, no waiting until the next appointment.

Common questions

Before you book.

Most owners see real shifts in session one — clearer communication, calmer dog, less pulling. Lasting change is about consistency between sessions, which is why we build the plan around what you can actually do at home.
We use whatever's right for your dog and your goals — food, toy, lead pressure, and balanced tools where appropriate. Nothing is used punitively. Everything is explained, and you sign off before any tool is introduced.
Tell us on the free call. We handle reactive and bite-history dogs regularly, but we set up the first session safely — usually starting with management and assessment before any direct training.
Most owners do a 3 or 5-pack. One-off sessions are great for a specific problem (e.g. door manners), but real behaviour change usually needs 3+ sessions spaced 1–3 weeks apart.
